Festival Location Update
The 2024 Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival features an updated layout that builds on the successes of the two prior years, which took place entirely in the Cultural District. One enhancement is the relocation of the Dollar Bank Main Stage to the intersection of Fort Duquesne Boulevard and 9th Street, providing more viewing area for concerts. Another addition is the expansion onto the Rachel Carson Bridge (9th Street). The Green Mountain Energy Stage is located halfway across the bridge span with Artist Market booths connecting the two stages.
Key Locations
- - Dollar Bank Main Stage @ intersection of Fort Duquesne Boulevard and 9th Street
- - Giant Eagle Foundation Backyard @ 8th & Penn hosting the Backyard Stage, Giant Eagle Creativity Zone, and more
- - Green Mountain Energy Stage on the Rachel Carson Bridge (9th Street)
- - Artist Market @ Fort Duquesne Boulevard between 6th & 9th Streets, plus on the Rachel Carson Bridge

Parking & Transportation
Parking
Parking doesn’t have to be an obstacle. Thanks to the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s award-winning real-time parking website, ParkPGH.org, you can see exactly how many spaces are available in garages throughout the Cultural District and beyond. Check it before you leave the house or have your passenger monitor it on-the-go.
Thousands of parking spots are in the Cultural District alone, plus thousands more within a very short distance. Don’t forget about options on the North Shore, which is a beautiful walk over the Allegheny River away. You can review those options at ParkPGH, too, but keep the hometown Pittsburgh Pirates’ schedule in mind as you plan.
Public Transportation
Pittsburgh Regional Transit provides public transportation throughout Pittsburgh and Allegheny County by bus, light rail (the T), incline, and paratransit for thousands of daily riders. Wood Street Station and Gateway Station service the downtown area and rides are free from either location to the North Shore. Bus stops are also located throughout downtown.
Find a transportation option that’s convenient for you at RidePRT.org.
Biking
Our friends at BikePGH have been transforming our streets to make biking and walking commonplace for all Pittsburghers in order to improve quality of life and reduce the harmful effects of car dependence in our communities for decades. Map your route at BikePGH.org and check-in to the Festival’s free Bike Valet.
Looking for a place to park your bike? BikePGH will be operating a free bike valet service during all ten days of the Festival. Simply check in at the intersection of 9th Street and Ft. Duquesne Blvd. and your bike will be safe and secure during your time at the Festival.
