Description
Discover one of our region's most exciting habitats (and even meet some of its inhabitants!) with Steel City Rowing and Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh in Verona, PA.
The River Habitat Discovery Day will be held at Steel City Rowing in Verona. Attendees will receive an introduction and tour of the river’s edge and its habitats, followed by a visit from Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh and one of their Animal Embassadors. This event is a great opportunity for children and caregivers to experience the river together, and spark curiosity about our region’s various aquatic, terrestrial, and riparian habitats.
