You are officially invited to join the 1st annual Spring Showcase at the Glitterbox Theatre!
This is a talent show (not a competition) for local youth to share their talent!

Here are some facts:
- There is no entry fee but we will charge $5-$10 (as you can afford) for audience members. All proceeds go to the building for use of the space, their systems, and their utilities.
- We have the space from 2pm-5pm and hope to fit as many as 30 acts in!
- If we have more than 30 acts apply we will aim for diversity in age and talent type to make any decisions. It's our first year and we're not expecting this to be a problem, but we want to be transparent from the start!
- If we have fewer than 20 acts, we will notify all performers that they can lengthen their acts or do a second number! Even if we are a small group, the show will go on!
- There is a small backstage area and bathroom area for performers but we'll encourage all entries to be out in the audience once they're ready, to watch each other, cheer, and make each other feel welcome!
- Group performances are welcome as long as all members are 18 or under. Exceptions will happily be made for adults with developmental disabilities! Just let us know!
- We'll allot roughly 5 minutes for each performance. Please let us know if you would need to go over that and we'll do our best to work with you.
- Adult accompanists are welcome!
- Recording or live streaming YOUR PERFORMER is welcome. Do not photograph or record any other performances without express permission from the guardian AND the performer.
- At this time, we hope to find a time to open the building for a few hours one night in March (or sooner if we find ourselves with a full cast) for performers to come in and try out the space.
