The City of Pittsburgh is excited to announce the 2023 schedule for upcoming trick-or-treating this Halloween.
All neighborhoods are open to participate in trick-or-treating from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31st. Since COVID cases remain in our area, we urge residents to practice safety protocols as suggested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help protect themselves and others.
We suggest that residents:
- Trick-or-treat only with family members
- Carry hand sanitizer / wash your hands frequently
- Once home check all candy before allowing children to consume
It’s also recommended that trick-or-treaters' costumes are bright or that they carry a light to be visible to everyone around them.
Motorists are asked to be especially vigilant on Halloween night by not speeding and increasing awareness of trick-or-treating children and families.
