Meet Miss Cassidy
Educator, Entertainer, & Theater Artist Extraordinaire!

Cassidy Adkins (she/her), the creator and performer behind Miss Cassidy Creates is an educator, performer, and theater artist living in Pittsburgh, PA. She received her degree in Theater from Point Park University's Conservatory of Performing Arts and has worked professionally with nearly a dozen local theater companies. As an educator, she's taught K-12th grade in brick and mortar schools, cyber schools, and performance art schools for groups like Disney Musicals in Schools, The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, and Outschool.com. Miss Cassidy performed at children’s birthday parties both as herself and your favorite fairy tale characters. Through these endeavors, she truly found her passion in educating and encouraging kids of all ages to discover and cultivate their talents and confidence and to step out of their comfort zone to find their inner weirdos.

Make birthdays, holidays, and milestones special! An interactive, high-energy, unique celebration that can bring your guests together virtually or in-person (COVID-safe and in the Pittsburgh region). Customizations are available to excite your little learner’s specific interests or celebration theme. Suggested age range: 2-10 years old.

Get a personal video greeting from Miss Cassidy for your Learner. Gift it for a birthday, special occasion, or just to celebrate them being themselves! Suggested age range: 3 and up.
EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Passionate about demonstrating and encouraging students to explore, discover, and cultivate all of their individual strengths, Miss Cassidy uses the social-emotional skills learned in studying theatre and the arts to inspire a creative and imaginative curiosity in any discipline...from science and history, to social studies and cookies. Suggested age range: 3-12 years old.
Learners of all abilities and backgrounds are welcome. Together, we'll work to build an inclusive environment that encourages, supports, and celebrates our diverse voices. If your Learner needs any accommodations, such as ASL interpretation or additional sensory supports, please let her know and she'll work together to ensure that they have the best possible class experience.

Family Pride Celebration!
June 17th | 12pm - 1pm
Join educator and entertainer, Miss Cassidy, as we celebrate LOVE and Pride Month! We’ll celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, inclusion, diversity, and loving yourself while we sing, dance, and learn about the history of Pride Month all in Golden Age's beautiful, dog-friendly beer garden. Golden Age's full menu will be available for purchase, so come ready to enjoy delicious food and beverages (for both kids and grownups!).

Join educator and entertainer Miss Cassidy for soccer-themed crafts, games, and more! We’ll celebrate the kick-off of the women’s world cup with some of our favorite pump-up jams and a dance party. Make it a goal to bring the whole football-loving family with fun guaranteed for all!
