Stella & Dot offers the opportunity for women to launch their own flexible business while being supported by a community of strong and passionate women. 80% of our stylists run their multichannel social selling business (via trunk shows, online, one-on-one and/or at vendor events) in addition to a full- or part-time job. No quotas, and YOU set your schedule. Stylists earn up to 35% commissions on sales with the potential to earn more on team sales and ALWAYS get to shop at the 25-50% stylist discount.
