It's been all over the news and on all of the social media sites. The 40-ft yellow rubber duck finally arrived in Pittsburgh. It's been all over the world ~ Amsterdam, Lommel (Belgium), Osaka, Sydney Harbour, Sao Paulo and Hong Kong. How incredibly cool that Pittsburgh, Pa was it's very first stop in the USA.
I had the opportunity to attend the Bridge Party this past Friday evening to help welcome the duck to our city. Here are some of the photos we took from the Roberto Clemente bridge. The crowds and support for the big yellow duck were absolutely amazing.
The Rubber Duck Project is a part of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and will be floating in our waters until October 20th.
